Twisted Metal no Playstation 3 é o primeiro título da franquia já consagrada da Eat, Sleep, Play.
O game traz um modo single-player, o qual está no detonado abaixo e também um modo multiplayer online para até 16 jogadores simultâneos.
O grande diferencial é que agora jogamos em facções divididas e não mais solitariamente como antes.
